The Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 1,025 to a maximum of 1,349 gross rentable square feet of professional office space within a one mile radius of the intersection of South Blair Stone Road, and Blair Stone Lane in the city of Tallahassee, FL. The space shall contain adequate/assigned parking for nineteen (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a Five (5) year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred. Must use Government Lease.
