1. The proposed solicitation will be set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, small business size standard $17.5M. 2. Description of items: The Contractor shall perform preventative and ongoing pest control services for the building interiors and their perimeter grounds of the Portland VA Medical Center, Vancouver VA, The Dalles CBOC facility and bed bug remediation services applicable Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOCs). 3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension.
