D--COAP 2nd Bridge, Sole Source Justification Posting
The primary objective of this Task Order SOW is to provide the NIAID CIO contracted support personnel that have the required subject matter expertise (SME) and skill sets appropriate to assisting in discharging the unique and specialized duties for the execution of the NIAID OCIOs Cybersecurity and Operations Assurance Program (COAP). The program supports NIAID programs of research and research training involving causes, diagnoses, treatment and prevention of emerging and re-emerging immunologic and infectious diseases and bio defense.
