Marine Corps Installations East - Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole-source contract to Phillips Corporation for the lease and integration of a Phillips Hybrid PAH-WAHM-F400 system into a Government-owned Haas VF-3 CNC machine. This requirement includes installation, operational testing, and on-site training. The period of performance is a base year (30 Sep 2025 29 Sep 2026) with three option years. PSC W036, NAICS 541519.
