Notice of Intent to Sole Source The department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole-source basis, to Lola Elaine Dunnam. This requirement is for Personal Assistant Services (PAS) - PAS attends to an employee s needs and is usually through consent. This relationship is built on trust, respect, communication, and a common understanding of both the PAS and employees sides. The trust aspect of this relationship is mutual: the PAS trusts the employee to reveal any information that may be relevant to the case, and in turn, the employee trusts the PAS to respect their privacy and not disclose this information to outside parties. Additionally, the healthiness of a PAS Employee relationship is essential to keep the quality of the patient's daily living is high as well as to ensure that the employee is functioning at their optimum. This is not a request for competitive quotes, bids, or proposals, and a solicitation will not be issued. There are no attachments.
