NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc, 16522 Hunters Green Parkway, Hagerstown MD 21740. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year options to support the Bay Pines VA Health Care System (BPVAHCS) located at 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is to provide annual subscriptions (Software-as-a-Service) to access Lippincott Advisor and Procedures Library Databases.
