Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) LI-14305 of Approximately 25,778 Square Meters of Climate Controlled Warehouse and Maintenance Shop, Exterior Laydown and Parking Areas in Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Freeport Area Republic of the Philippines. The United States of America acting by and through the Department of the Navy (DoN), hereinafter referred as “Navy”, seeks to award a five (5)-year Lease, with up to five (5), one (1)-year renewal options, for space that meets the following requirements: Space offered must provide for approximately 25,778 square meters (SM) of Climate Controlled Warehouse and Maintenance Shop, Exterior Laydown and Parking Areas to accommodate approximately 63 personnel as described in Attachment A, Minimum Facility Requirements.
