Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home of Washington, D.C. (AFRH-W) intends to make an award to Ensoftek, Inc., 735 SW 158th Ave Apt 140 Beaverton, Oregon 97006, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the purpose of providing an Electronic Health Records System (EHRS), which has been previously provided by the vendor. The agency anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order as a Sole Source requirement to Ensoftek, Inc. to acquire licensing, hosting and development services for their proprietary cloud based application, DrCloudEHR. The award will be for one (1) 12-month base period to begin on 12/01/2025, pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this Intent to Sole Source. The PWS includes the full requirements description for this acquisition. Interested vendors shall be able to complete all tasks and deliverables in the PWS.
