Move Coordinator Pre-Solicitation Synopsis In accordance with FAR 5.204, this pre-solicitation notice is meant to inform industry of an anticipated, upcoming solicitation. This notice will not bind the government to any actions or awards. DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a solicitation for a Move Coordinator to coordinate the seamless relocation of approximately 900 employees from the Romano Mazzoli Federal Building to 220 West Main Street in Louisville, KY. The Move Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of the move to ensure minimal disruption to employees and operations, this includes the physical move of all items in the notes. This move will occur by floor from Early 2026 through September 2026 Contract duration is 365 calendar days from the Date of Award.
