The contractor will provide software maintenance agreement for the Government owned coorindate measuring machines located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas 78419. This solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR Part 13. This contract action is solicited as a noncompetitive action. The intended source is Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions LLC, 6250 Sycamore Ln, Maple Grove, MN 55369. Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions LLC is the only source capable of providing the software maintenance because the contractor owns the proprietary rights to the software. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation is attached to this notice.
