The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis from Peraton Technologies Inc., RDT&E engineering services to be provided to NAWCWD, Point Mugu, CA. Services are in support of Test and Evaluation and systems engineering activities related to Sea Based Wepons Systems and NAWCWD. The outcome to be achieved is improved range safety during missile tests utilizing the Intelligance Systems Awareness Tool (ISAT) software program that collects the data to perform the tasking. Tasking includes range surveillance using ISAT to provide situational awareness; Systems Engineering Support; Systems Integration including ISAT Software Updates and maintenance to the internal source code; Mission Support including Pre-Test Site Surveys; Test Planning Support including test Monitoring and Real-Time Mission Support to improve range safety during missile intercept tests; Training; Management Support; and Reporting.
