The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Referral Clerk services for the 51st Medical Group (51 MDG), Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 April 2026 – 31 March 2027 (base period), plus four (1) one-year option periods. The contractor shall have administrative knowledge and skills to effectively apply the TRICARE Referral process between 51 MDG and Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH) which is a referral process from MTF to MTF. The contractor shall be primarily responsible for managing referral processing and appointing, ensuring access to care and following all applicable guidelines: a) Assessment: Identification of patients’ Tricare eligibility and process referrals to the appropriate MTF clinics at the BDAACH; b) Planning: Collaboration with the patient, family/caregiver, primary provider and other members of the health care team for developing an effective plan of care; c) Facilitation: Care coordination and communication among all involved providers, nurses, or clinical staffs at the BDAACH and 51 MDG; d) Advoca...
