Battelle Memorial Institute, Columbus, Ohio, was awarded a $52,876,517 hybrid, firm �fixed-price, time-and-material, and cost-reimbursable contract (HDTRA1-26-C-0004) for the Scientific and Technical Engagement Partnership 2.0 effort.
