Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Dialysis Reverse Osmosis System and Equipment Maintenance Services The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7 (NCO 7) intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC of Pittsburgh, PA. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR Part 13. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared. Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC is the sole source provider of the Millenium HX Reverse Osmosis (RO) machine and its replacement components, as well as the CWP 100 H/S unit and its replacement components. The maintenance needed for the equipment are not provided in distribution channels or through OEMs. Therefore, these processes can only be provided by Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC. This requirement is for ongoing services of Dialysis Reverse Osmosis System and Equipment Maintenance Services at the Birmingham Veteran Affairs Medical Center located in Birmingham, AL.
