PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 9/10/2025. PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to perform the required work to replace the windows in Building 2J, per. the Statement of Work, Drawings and Specifications. The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR, CO, and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor.
