Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for TIRES AND TIRE WINTER/SUMMER ROTATION. If you would like to submit a quotation follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation. You will also need to complete the required portions of the attached document and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 which follows this letter. The US. Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs) to one or more responsible companies submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The U S. Government may award multiple BPAs. Quotations are due by November 21, 2025, at 5pm local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
