STATEMENT OF WORK DENTAL REMOVABLE PROSTHDONTICS LABORATORY SERVICES Removable Dental Prosthetics Services OBJECTIVES: An overview of this SOW will include goals and objectives. The Hampton VAMC North Battlefield HCC has a need to continuously utilize dental removable prosthodontics laboratory services for Veterans requiring special dental lab work. General Requirements The contractor will provide laboratory support for removable prosthodontic laboratory work for Hampton VAMC North Battlefield HCC in Chesapeake, VA. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. Acceptable supplies for removable prosthodontics include type III gold, noble metals, Ivocap Injectable Acrylic Resin or equivalent and Trubyte Portrait IPN denture teeth. Specific Requirements The contractor will use procedures, techniques and current technology that are the standards in the industry. The contractor shall provide items that meet the esthetic and functional requirements of the patient.
