This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825RL0000004 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The small business size standard is $40.0M. The award will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.
