This project is for new Entry Control Point/Main Gate to include a Guard House and Visitor's Check-In Center. This project will install new site utilities for the new facilities as indicated on the RFP Drawings and Specifications. This project will also include the construction of a Medical/Dental Facility to provide all Medical and Dental clinic functions, as well as offices and counseling areas for the Work Life staff. The ground floor of this medical/dental clinic shall be primarily open to allow storm surge to flow through the building's ground floor and minimize natural disaster damage.
