IA - Temp Modular Office Space approx. 36X56 The setup of the temporary office space is expected to be completed and turned over for government occupancy on 11/30/26 and the first day of billing for the base year rental will be 11/30/26. Vendor will submit a packet with drawings and description for the office space that meets the SOW to be offered and a written plan for the installation and set up. Submit a filled out a price sheet, 1st page of the packet. This is a rental contract for temporary office space, not a construction contract. Bonding is not required. See attached packet. Unless ADA requirements changed this month, that would not be an acceptable surface for a ramp. Asphalt or concrete, or a solid, smooth surface is needed. Is a ramp needed as I am not seeing anything that indicates a handicap parking area is needed for the ramp to terminate?
