The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: PNT Configurator Qty.3 This is an upgrade to a data collection hardware package in operation. This requirement is sole sourced to the OEM: Viavi Solutions Inc. 20250 Century Blvd. Germantown, MD 20874. Viavi Solutions Inc. is the sole provider of this PNT product line. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any form believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may respond by email to Andrea Farrell at [email protected], no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
