Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) of Washington, D.C., is hereby requesting a formal quote for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for one (1) 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods, with an anticipated period of performance of 01/01/2026 through 12/31/2028. This requirement is set aside to small businesses only. Offerors shall have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award may be made.
