Additional revisions include extending the SF330 submission due date from 20 October 2025 to 3 November 2025, and clarifying that the joint venture agreement will not count toward the overall page limit. This contract is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Architect-Engineer (A-E) Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and EP 715-1-7 Architect-Engineer Contracting in USACE.
