N0016425Q0016 SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION OF MODIFIED COMMERCIALTRAILERS PSC K023 NAICS 336212 ISSUE DATE 25 AUG 2025 CLOSING DATE 08 SEP 2025 2:00 PM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR) has a requirement for a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for modified commercial trailers. The trailers will consist of 53 ft long flatbed trailer, Environmental Cooling Unit and a tarp system. The tarp system will include a black tarp with trolley system and a light gray tarp with trolley system. The black tarp will be for winter months and the light gray will be for summer months. The proposed contract action is for modified commercial trailers for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Wartech Engineering LLC, 6775 Brand Street, Romulus, MI 48174-3507 (CAGE 5M9K0) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented at FAR 6.3021(a)(2)(ii),Only Wartech possess necessary Level 3 Product level technical data package.
