Additionally, the offer due date is extended until November 14th. This request for proposal is for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, incidentals, and materials to accomplish to Specifications (Attachment 2) covering all items listed on Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items. Project is located at the USDA Forest Service Angel Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center at 335 NE Blodgett Rd, Yachats, OR 97498. Driving Instruction can be obtained by calling 541-547-3137. All offers are to be received by November 14 no later than 12:00 PST.
