FCI Estill is a federal correctional institution located at 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC 29918. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction to replace the existing damaged switchgear, modify the existing switchgear room, and replace a portion of the underground loop at FCI Estill.
