UPDATE: 16 July 2025 This notice serves to notify interested parties that responses to questions submitted regarding the Air Force Housing, Enhanced Use Lease, Lodging, and Utilities (HELU) Privatization Management Program to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Installations Directorate Air Force Privatization Management Programs (PMP) are now available for review. The attached documents contains the Department of the Air Force’s responses to questions reviewed, as well two Performance Work Statements (PWSs) which was also revised. This information is intended to provide clarification and promote a better understanding of the PMP. We encourage all interested parties to carefully review the attached Questions and Responses document, as well as the PWSs which were revised.
