**Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to: Update Attachment 4-Pricing Schedule Worksheet with the correct calculations. Vendors shall use the updated attachment when submitting quotes. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
