9/24/2025 - UPDATE COMMUNICATION (THIS IS NOT AN AMENDMENT TO THE RFP): The OCC is still working the volume of questions received on this RFP in conjunction with a high volume of other work. The OCC does intend to extend this solicitation via an amendment before the RFP closing date (likely, but not guaranteed to be, up to three weeks after the release of the questions and answers amendment). Any actual extension will be addressed in an amendment to the RFP on a Standard Form 30. Note: the period to submit questions regarding the RFP closed already; any questions e-mailed to OCC after the RFP's question submission deadline (as noted in the RFP) WILL NOT be answered.
