The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Tree Removal Services, Blackwater Dam, Webster, NH. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform tree removal at one (1) location within the Blackwater Dam property. The site consists of approximately 1.75 miles of Chairfactory Road, which is a woods road off Warner Road in Salisbury, NH (See Exhibit A). The work shall include the cutting, chipping, and removal of trees and woody vegetation according to the site location and description. There may be trees that exhibit higher hazard to personnel, property or infrastructure in their condition or precarious location that are included in this work. Work may be in wet areas, on steep slopes and/or uneven terrain, depending on the site conditions. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
