Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Great Lakes Coastal Resiliency Study (GLCRS). In compliance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) and 13.501(a) (1)(i) coupled with the provisions set forth by FAR Subpart 5.101(a)(1), this Notice is hereby published to inform of the following: The USACE Chicago District intends to award a sole source contract to Deltares USA INC (CAGE: 57JY5). This requirement is for the following: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is procuring specialized technical support from Deltares, Inc. to advance the Great Lakes Coastal Resiliency Study (GLCRS), a five-year, multi-agency effort focused on assessing risks to Great Lakes coastal resources and developing a risk-informed resilience strategy. Deltares will provide a Senior Expert Advisor to support USACE through planning and leading focus evaluation workshops, developing final watershed study recommendations, and adapting the results of the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) Framework for use in the GLCRS.
