SYNOPSIS OF TRI SERVICE CAD/PAD LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT This synopsis is provided in accordance with FAR 5.204 Presolicitation notices. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a contract for an Tri Service Cad/Pad Life Cycle Management Support on a sole source basis to: Accurate Energetic Systems LLC Applied Energy Technology Corporation Chemring Energetic Devices EaglePicher Technologies, LLC Ensign - Bickford Aerospace & Defense Innovative Material &Processes Martin Baker Aircraft LTD Nammo Defense Systems Rockwell Collins Stratus Systems, Inc. under a class justification and approval. The aforementioned contractors are the only qualified vendors capable of providing these services in support of Tri Service Cad/Pad Life Cycle Management Support and is a logical follow on in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).
