NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to 1st American Medical Distributors, Inc. 151 Heritage Park DR STE 201 Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129 0505 for an onsite service maintenance requirement at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Ave Buffalo NY, 14215. This service requirement shall include preventative maintenance (PM), on-site services, hardware coverage, enhanced access to the myRadiologySolutions customer portal, 24/7 technical access, and VirtualCare remote support. Device calibrations, software updates, inspections, safety testing, and other preventative maintenance shall be performed as needed by a certified field service engineer.
