Q2: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Page 7, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Can the government clarify if subparagraphs a-d are required as the Solicitation and SOW are for laboratory analysis services? A2: No, paragraphs a-d will not be required. Q3: SOW Legionella Sampling, Section 5.3 states: If Legionella pneumophila (P) species is detected in the samples, further delineation of serogroup types for positive samples is required. Can the government clarify if delineation of Legionella pneumophila serotypes to serotype 1 and serotypes 2-15 is sufficient or are individual serotypes required (for example Legionella pneumophila serotype 5)? A3: The laboratory to be contracted is to determine if there is legionella in the sample and the level (in cfu/ml) of legionella identified.
