The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to make a sole source award for national clinical recruitment and placement services with service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), Arrow Arc LLC, 110 North Royal Street, Floor 400, Alexandria, VA 22314-3234. Given the current shortage of healthcare providers and an increasingly competitive recruitment environment, as well as the urgency of the need, VHA is contracting for recruiting support in sourcing qualified candidates for clinical vacancies. The vendor shall refer pre-screened, highly qualified candidates in requested clinical occupations and specialties that may include but are not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and mental health specialists. Statutory Authority Permitting Other than Full and Open Competition: 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute).
