Date: 18 September 2025 Solicitation Number: HM0476-25-R-0035 Notice Type: Special Notice/Synopsis This synopsis is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.2, 15 U.S.C. § 637(e), and 41 U.S.C. § 1708 requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. The intent of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) HM0476-25-R-0035 Sign Language Services (SLS) for public response for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The estimated release date of solicitation HM0476-24-25-0035 is 6 days after the posting of this synopsis. The Government currently anticipates 30 days for a Technical Proposal response. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. The SLS RFP will be a commercial effort under FAR Part 12 and the Government anticipates using Best Value – Tradeoff evaluation methods and acquisition procedures as described in FAR Part 15.
