Performance requirements include but are not limited to providing lodging solutions in a hard stand, climate-controlled building, all bedding, fully functional heating and air conditioning system, responses to outages within 24 hours, linen exchanges, four meals per day that meet certain caloric requirements, compliance with all food sanitation policies and regulations, laundering services with a 48 hour return time. These requirements may change as the mission of the Forced Protection Mission is further defined
