Description of Requirement: The National Guard USPFO PR P&C has awarded a sole source contract for a code and criteria review of plans and specifications for Puerto Rico Army National Guard Project No. 431850, Engineering-Housing Maintenance Shop (DPW) at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center (CSJTC), Salinas, Puerto Rico. 2. Basis for Sole Source Award: This award is made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), Only One Responsible Source. The Government determined that CH2M HILL-HDR JV is the only responsible source capable of performing this work without substantial duplication of cost and unacceptable delays.
