Brief Description of Services: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, on behalf of Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 2 South, intends to issue an RFP - Requirements Contract for comprehensive Reference Laboratory and Esoteric Testing Services. The contract will serve the VA Medical Centers listed in Appendix A. The contractor must provide everything needed to perform all required reference and esoteric laboratory testing.
