COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION DETAILS The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Miami VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, is performing market research with the intent of soliciting offers and awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield 17,400 contiguous ABOA square feet of Medical Office and related space in Homestead, Florida. The space shall have a minimum of 150 parking spaces available. A lease up to 10 Years will be considered. New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a newly constructed building, the space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than August 15, 2026.
