The Army currently expends significant resources administrative, financial, and operational in managing over 75 concurrent, but separate procurement actions tied to the integration of proven commercially available Palantir capabilities. Each action requires repetitive efforts, including solicitations, contract negotiations, modifications, and license renewals, often conducted independently across multiple program offices and contracting officers.
