During this lapse in appropriations, the terms and conditions of your funded contract remain in full force and effect. Unless otherwise directed by a Contracting Officer, you will be required to continue performance. This notification does not authorize you to exceed the funding obligated on your contract. If you have any questions, please contact your Contracting Officer or their designee.
