Update 08/28/2025 Amendment 002 Update 07/18/2025 Amendment 001 Questions and Answers Update 6/26/2025 - Attachment: Minutes of the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Replacement of Roof at DT Building and SAF Barracks. If you would like to submit an offer, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy will conduct a pre-quotation conference and a mandatory site visit. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend.
