This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for Emergency sole source, as authorized by, FAR 6.302-1(ii) (B). Notice of contract action: West Palm Beach VA Contracting will issue a sole source firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Cepheid for the Emergency Procurement of a One Year Cost Per Reportable Results Microbiology with Test, and Service. This is for archival purposes only. A Competitive RFQ for a Base + 4 OY contract will be posted at a later date to be determined in FY26.
