General Scope of Work: This specification herein describes a construction project SOW. This project will replace the aging main distribution panels for our hospital. Requirements are needed for an engineered design to replace these panels with as little downtime as possible. Period of Performance is 365-Days after NTP. The facility location: VISN 15/Leavenworth, Dwight D. Eisenhower VAMC Leavenworth, 4101 So. 4th St Trafficway, Leavenworth, Kansas 66048-5014.
