The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering necessary to replace existing security fence and gate at building 1440, NAF Misawa in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and NAVFAC drawings.For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall Provide the contracting officer with a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan (Kensetsugyo Kyokasyo), if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer; Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and Have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan. Pre-quote conference and site visit are scheduled on 31 Jul 2025, 0900 hours.
