Presolicitation NAICS 334511

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-21-G-0020 with Honeywell International Inc., CAGE: 02LU7 for the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Priced Delivery Order. The Delivery Order will be for Color IntuVue RDR-4000M 3D Weather Radars (CWRs) in support of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division. Honeywell International Inc. is the only distributor capable of providing a solution that meets the requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
