The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is seeking qualification statements from Architect-Engineering firms for construction management services which include support during solicitation of the Consolidated Projects on Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge (NWR), refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) for task breakdown. The project takes place on Midway Atoll NWR, which is in the North Pacific Ocean.
