The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is conducting market research to identify capable sources of cloud-based case-management software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for grantee monitoring across HHS operating divisions. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. No solicitation, contract, or commitment of any kind is implied. Responses to this RFI will be used to inform potential future acquisition strategy and will NOT be evaluated for award.
