The Department of Defense (DoD) seeks a qualified small business contractor to design, develop, deploy, and sustain a custom software platform supporting end-to-end logistics workflows for joint operational commands. The platform must integrate with existing GFE systems, expose REST APIs over IL5 networks, and enforce DoD CIO-approved RBAC + audit logging.
